A brand born from the jungle, rooted in love, and crafted for radiance.

Who is Jaina?
Jaina is more than a skincare brand.
It is a spirit, a calling, a return.
Jaina is the name whispered in the silence of the forest, the part of you that remembers who you are when you remove the mask, when you come home to yourself. Created as a bridge between ancestral Amazonian knowledge and modern beauty rituals, Jaina invites women to reconnect—with their skin, their soul, and the Earth itself.
Behind every bottle lies a journey of healing, one that began not in a laboratory, but in the heart of the Peruvian Amazon.

The Beginning: A Wound, a Calling, a Forest
Jaina was born from a personal rupture—a deep wound of the heart that led to the edge of the world, and then inward. In search of answers, our founder traveled alone to the rainforest. There, in the middle of the jungle, she met Alberto and Maria, two Shipibo healers whose lineage carries centuries of plant knowledge and spiritual medicine.
Under their guidance, she began not only to heal—but to remember. To feel the Earth again. To understand the language of plants. The idea for Jaina was seeded not as a business, but as a promise:
To protect what is sacred. To honor the women who carry wisdom in their hands. And to bring this beauty to others, infused with reverence.

A Brand with a Soul and Soil
Jaina is directly connected to a sacred piece of land: 30 hectares of Amazon rainforest, protected in partnership with Alberto, Maria, and their family. This land is more than a place—it is a living archive of medicine, memory, and biodiversity.
Through every sale, Jaina supports:
Regenerative cultivation of native Amazonian plants
Preservation of Indigenious knowledge through direct collaboration
Sustainable livelihoods for healer communities
The reforestation and guardianship of these 30 hectares, kept wild and untouched
We do not exploit—we collaborate. We do not extract—we exchange. Jaina is committed to building an economic model that nourishes both the skin and the forest.

The knowledge We Protect
Our formulas are guided by plants long revered in Shipibo traditions:
- Piri Piri, used for love, intuition, and energetic clarity
- Dragon’s Blood, known for its powerful healing and skin regeneration
- Capirona, the tree that sheds its skin to renew itself
- Sarsapilla, Tepezcohuite, Immortelle—each selected with intention
But more than the plants themselves, Jaina honors the knowledge behind them—the songs, the rituals, the deep relationship between human and nature.

Where Wisdom Meets Science
Jaina stands as a bridge between worlds—honoring the spiritual and botanical knowledge passed down by Amazonian healers, while grounding it in the precision of modern science. Every plant we use has been chosen not only for its sacred history but for its proven efficacy. We invest in studying the active compounds of these powerful botanicals—like the cicatrizing alkaloids in Dragon’s Blood, the anti-inflammatory properties of Capirona, or the energetic influence of Piri Piri—so that ancestral wisdom is not dismissed as folklore, but recognized and respected through clinical insight. We are also fiercely committed to ethical sourcing and transparent formulation
We stand against biopiracy
and the exploitation of Indigenous knowledge. At Jaina, nothing is taken without permission, and everything is offered with gratitude. Our mission is not to extract—it is to elevate, protect, and ensure that both science and tradition walk hand-in-hand, for the skin and for the soul.
